Policy summary​

  • Gateways report usage units per provider and period.
  • Rewards are allocated pro-rata to reported units.
  • Treasury receives a fixed share of funded rewards.
  • Periods are finalized before claims.

Guarantees​

  • Usage is tracked per period to prevent cross-period leakage.
  • Claims are pull-based and bounded by funded pools.

Threat considerations​

  • Reporters are permissioned in MVP; governance can decentralize later.
  • Misreporting is mitigated by off-chain audits and score decay.
