Purpose​

Explain how protocol upgrades are governed and executed.

Scope​

This page is high-level and does not include internal timing or thresholds.

Upgrade flow (high-level)​

  • Publish a proposal with rationale and migration plan.
  • Review by governance participants and auditors.
  • Execute via governance-controlled roles or multisig in MVP.

Emergency actions​

  • Emergency pauses or role rotations may be used to mitigate active incidents.
  • Emergency actions must be publicly documented after execution.
